Maria VON HELAND

Born in Sweden, Maria von Heland is an award-winning writer/director working out of Berlin, Germany. She has an MFA in Film from CalArts. Her projects include Big Girls Don’t Cry, Search, Those who Whisper, Suddenly Gina, Startaler, the Devil with the three Golden Hairs, Hilde and Hector in Search of Happiness. Maria has three international Emmy nominations including one for the fantasy series HEIRS OF THE NIGHT.
