Over the years, Series Mania has initiated several professional writing and career development programs for talented writers and producers. These demanding programs are renewed each year, either online or in person, based on a call for proposals.
Series Mania wants to encourage and facilitate exchanges and relationships between authors and producers from all over Europe and beyond, and help create a global network of talents.

CREATIVE BAZAAR
To host the on-site residencies and workshops, Series Mania created the Creative Bazaar, an incubator for unique residencies, workshops and training programmes for writers and producers from all over the world.
All the talents taking part in SERIES MANIA FORUM and SERIES MANIA INSTITUTE programmes meet up in one specific space in Lille, the Bazaar St So, acting as a creative hub for series, during the week leading to Series Mania Festival and Forum.
Participants each work independently but also participate in common networking events and masterclasses with special guests, creative producers, showrunners, screenwriters, consultants and script doctors.
