For several years, Series Mania has been developing professional programmes dedicated to series writing and career development for talent. These initiatives aim to encourage collaboration and dialogue across the entire series ecosystem, from writing to production, while contributing to the creation of a truly international network of series professionals.
During the three days of the Séries Mania Forum, a major meeting point for professionals in series creation, Séries Mania will welcome participants from its screenwriting and producing programmes from around the world, on site from 24 to 26 March 2026.
An opportunity for composers
Thanks to the support of Sacem, Series Mania will invite three composers to meet with its residents in one-on-one sessions. During these meetings, the composers will have the opportunity to present their work, share their experience, and raise awareness about the role of music in the creative and artistic direction of a series.
On the first day, composers will be able to attend screenwriters’ pitch sessions and on-site conferences, as well as connect with residents and professionals through informal matchmaking opportunities at the Forum. The three selected composers will also be featured in the Talents to Watch section of the Séries Mania+ digital platform, accessible to all accredited participants, providing enhanced visibility and facilitating one-to-one meetings with residents and professionals attending the Séries Mania Forum.
On the second day, a dedicated “Music Room” will host pre-scheduled meetings between the invited composers and accredited screenwriters and producers.
Accommodation for two nights, from 24 to 25 March (inclusive), as well as meals, will be covered for the selected composers.
A suggested programme will be shared with the selected composers ahead of their attendance at Séries Mania.
