Adaptations and IP-driven projects are now central to series commissioning, development, and distribution across Europe and beyond. But how do you source, evaluate, and develop an IP that truly travels? How do you balance creative ambition with market realities, rights constraints, and cross-platform opportunities? And finally, what strategy should you adopt to ensure the best possible return on your IP – while anticipating potential transactional sticking points?
