Séries Mania professional network

For six years, since the first edition of its festival and professional forum in Lille, Séries Mania has built partnerships with film and television schools, encouraging their students and alumni to apply for training programs and residencies set up by the Séries Mania Forum and, more recently, by the Séries Mania Institute, the training school of Séries Mania launched in 2021.

For several years, the Séries Mania Forum has established itself as an annual networking event for its teams, as well as for students and alumni of partner schools of the Séries Mania Institute, particularly for emerging series writers and producers. Bringing together each year a growing number of television executives from across Europe and beyond, the Séries Mania Forum is a unique place to reflect on the needs of the industry and to connect with potential co-writers, co-producers, and investors.

Objectives

With the aim of supporting this network of schools, continuing the exchanges initiated with them, and organizing their annual participation in Séries Mania Forum, Séries Mania coordinates a network that pursues several objectives:

Introducing audiovisual professionals to the training programs and workshops developed by network members, with a focus on the specific nature of series.
Facilitating exchanges and cooperation between the programs and participants of network members.
Organizing meetings of network members during Séries Mania, in order to connect with the television and series industry.

WHY STREAM?

The network’s name refers to: Series Trainings, Resources, Engagement, and Media. Members of the STREAM network meet regularly to exchange ideas and share information about their respective series-focused programs.

The STREAM network gives its members exclusive access to a special package for the Séries Mania Forum.
