Developed in 2019, Séries Mania’s Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) strategy supports its growth and commitment to a more sustainable and inclusive event. In 2024, Séries Mania achieved ISO 20121 certification, marking a significant milestone in its dedication to hosting a responsible event. As part of this approach, the Séries Mania Forum team has implemented an action plan structured around two key areas:
An Event for Everyone: Placing Accessibility and Inclusion at the Heart of Our Mission
Encounters and sharing are at the core of our activities, values, and commitment to our community. We are dedicated to organizing inclusive, non-discriminatory, and accessible events for all.
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for every participant, we are implementing the following measures:
- A Dedicated Accessibility Plan for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Disabilities
An adapted pathway ensures that individuals with reduced mobility or disabilities can easily access all event areas. Clear signage and on-site assistance will be provided to facilitate their movement. - Simultaneous Interpretation
To ensure optimal accessibility, we are implementing a simultaneous interpretation service. This will allow individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or not fluent in the event’s primary language to follow discussions in real time. - Bag Assembly with a Supported Employment Center
As part of an inclusive and solidarity-based approach, the preparation of welcome bags is entrusted to a Supported Employment Center (CAT), specifically Les Papillons Blancs, to promote employment and inclusion for individuals with disabilities.

Séries Mania is prioritizing the fight against Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (SGBV) by ensuring safe and supportive spaces, implementing a prevention plan, and partnering with the dedicated Audiens support unit (+33 1 87 20 30 90).
Séries Mania Forum stands firmly against all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and harassment: a zero-tolerance policy is in place. If you witness or experience such behavior, speak up and reach out to a team member—we are here to support you.

Managing the Environmental Impact of Our Activities
Aware of the impact of our activities and our responsibility to the planet, we conducted our first carbon footprint assessment in 2021 and are actively working to reduce our footprint by implementing sustainable solutions.
To take concrete action towards a more environmentally responsible event, we have implemented the following measures:
Sustainable Mobility
To promote more environmentally friendly transportation options:
- 8 bike taxis will be available for participants.
- A partially electric vehicle fleet will provide shuttle services for accredited guests.
Reuse and Waste Reduction
- Reduced carpet use to minimize disposable materials.
- Rented furniture and recycled banners to lessen environmental impact.
Energy Consumption Optimization
- Efforts to improve energy efficiency and ensure 100% decarbonized energy supply.
- Series Mania+ platform promotes responsible streaming and digital usage, providing a best practices guide.
We continue our efforts to organize an environmentally responsible event, reducing our ecological footprint and encouraging sustainable practices.
