Pascal ROGARD

Pascal Rogard, born in 1949, graduated in public law and studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He created a theatre company, directed several productions and held, from 1981 to 2003, various positions within professional organisations, in particular: Secretary General of the CSPEFF, Secretary General of the CICCE and General Delegate of the ARP. In January 2004, he was appointed Director General of the SACD, President of the French Coalition for Cultural Diversity and Vice-President of the European Coalitions for Cultural Diversity. Pascal Rogard is also Officier de la Légion d’Honneur, Commandeur de l’Ordre du Mérite National and Commandeur des Arts et Lettres.
