A graduate of the École Centrale Paris, Delphine Ernotte Cunci began her career at France Télécom as a financial analyst and then as an economic engineer at FTR&D. She worked in retail as Director of the Paris shops and Managing Director of the SDR subsidiary between 2000 and 2004. That year, she was appointed Regional Director for the Centre Val de Loire. In July 2006, Delphine Ernotte Cunci took over the management of Commercial Communication and Sponsoring France. In May 2008, she became Commercial Director France and from July 2009, she was appointed Director General Public France. On 6 April 2010, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Operations France, and in March 2011, she was given full operational management of Orange France. In October 2011, she was also appointed Deputy CEO of the France Telecom Group. On 23 April 2015, she was appointed President of France Télévisions. The first female president of the public broadcasting group, she was reappointed in 2020. On 1 January 2021, she also became the first woman to be appointed President of the EBU.
