Big Bones

Logline : The tale of four small­ time crooks whose time in a concentration camp turns them into experts in brutality. Whilst imprisoned, the unlikely companions rise to the posts of overseers, the henchmen of the guards and build networks for when the war is over. Back in beautiful but mangled and corrupt post­war Vienna, they divide up the city between themselves just as the Allies have done. The years of occupation and the beginning of the Cold War see their continuous rise and the establishment of a monopoly on crime. But times change. And happy endings are not a part of this story.
