Program

The course is given entirely in French.

Created in 2022, the Tremplin is a program dedicated to young people aged 18 to 25 living in Hauts-de-France. This initiative, established by Series Mania Institute, introduces young people to narrative techniques and technical professions in audiovisual and series production, guiding them toward initial levels of professional qualification.

Based in Lille, this program runs from late September to April and is entirely conducted in French.

The recruitment of participants is done in cooperation with our local partners from the Métropole Européenne de Lille and the Hauts-de-France Region: Missions Locales, France Travail, the association Unis-Cités, the regional image hub L’ACAP, and more.

2024-2025 Program:

The Tremplin aims to introduce its participants to serial writing and the technical professions of series and audiovisual production.

Guided throughout the program by professional speakers from the series sector, participants learn the basics of serial writing and the technical professions of audiovisual production through collaborative work on the production of a mini-series.

After a month of core training to discover all the professions in series production, ranging from writing to post-production, participants can choose between two specialized pathways:

  • “Technical Professions” pathway for those wishing to explore careers in image, sound, post-production, and production management.
  • “Narrative Techniques” pathway for individuals passionate about serial writing.

Throughout the year, interns also benefit from personalized support to work on their professional integration after the training. The program concludes with the application of the skills acquired during the training through an internship in the audiovisual sector.

A period of immersion in a company and an internship is planned at the end of the training.
