Established in 2005, Caviar is an entertainment company with offices in Los Angeles, Brussels, London, Paris, and Amsterdam. Most recently, Caviar produced the Academy Awards two-time Oscar winning film SOUND OF METAL (2019), writer/director Darius Marder’s directorial debut feature starring Riz Ahmed, Olivia Cooke and Mathieu Amalric, which premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival where it was acquired by Amazon, and then Sony Pictures International. SOUND OF METAL has also won three Independent Spirit Awards and was nominated for a Golden Globe.
On a series level Caviar was very successful (both in terms of critical acclaim and in numbers) with shows by exclusive talent Malin-Sarah Gozin (Clan, Tabula Rasa). Last year, in full pandemic, Caviar shot 2 international series: PROFESSOR T (with Ben Miller and Frances Delatour, dir. Dries Vos) with Eagle Eye Drama, for ITV (UK), PBS (US) and Beta Films, and BEFORE WE DIE (with Lesley Sharp, directed by Jan Matthys).
