Eureka Series is an immersive training program in series writing. Designed for European screenwriters, it offers hands-on experience in a writers’ room, guided by top industry professionals. Participants sharpen their collaborative writing skills, gain insight into the industry, and expand their network – with exclusive access to Series Mania Forum.
At the beginning of the training, participants are divided into groups to learn how to create and develop original series concepts in a writers’ room.
Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, participants refine their ability to collaborate effectively, navigate creative discussions, and structure a compelling narrative. Additionally, each week focuses on a key aspect of series creation, taught by professional tutors: Characters, Season, Pilot, Theme…
The final week is dedicated to Series Mania Forum, where participants present a pitch deck and pitch their series concepts to a selected panel of industry professionals, receiving valuable feedback and insights.
Eureka Series program is divided into 4 parts:
- Part I – in Lille / January 6 – February 6, 2026
Modules: Serial Dramaturgy, European Series Industry, Characters & Conflicts, How to Develop a Season, Pilot.
- Part II – remotely / February 9 – February 20, 2026 (2 weeks)
Modules: Mentoring, Case Studies, Masterclasses.
- Part III – in Lille / February 23 – March 19, 2026
Modules: Rights & Negotiation, Executive’s insight, How to Write Greener Series, Translate a Series Concept into Images, Pitch Deck.
- Part IV – Series Mania Festival & Forum – in Lille / March 20 – March 27, 2026 (Sat 21 and Sun 22 included)
Modules: Strategic Networking, The Art of Pitching, Series Mania Forum participation.
During on-site parts, lectures and workshops take place from Monday to Friday, allowing for an intensive learning experience. The remote part schedule is lighter, giving participants the flexibility to balance training with potential work commitments.
