Julie Moens

After earning a Master’s degree in Performing Arts with a focus on Film, Julie Moens turned to audiovisual production. She worked on a variety of projects — including animated feature films and TV shows — as a production and post-production manager. She continued her career as a production director for various production companies, collaborating with clients such as Deezer, La Villette Sonique, Arte Concert, Culturebox, and La Philharmonie de Paris.

In 2016, she joined the team at La Blogothèque, initially as production director, and in 2018 was given the opportunity to develop the fiction department. She produced fiction series such as RePlay by Matthias Castegnaro, 18h30 (Seasons 1 and 2) by Sylvain Gouverneur and Maxime Chamoux, Bouchon by Eléonore Costes, Au Fond Du Trou by Maxime Chamoux and Sylvain Gouverneur for the arte.tv platform, as well as short films including John est encore mort by Nicolas Rendu, Milkshake by Lisa Blum, and Alaska by Ilan J. Cohen.

Passionate about supporting ambitious and demanding formats, she believes this specific creative field is ideal for the expression of emerging and unique talents. She left La Blogothèque in September 2025 to found her own production company, Toc Toc Films, based in Hauts-de-France.
