The town of Hastings on the English South Coast is once again the staging post for an INVASION. This time, it's not Norman knights on horseback, but instead... desperate migrants looking for a place to call home. Immigration lawyer ARWA LATIFI (30s) has long fought to ensure the new arrivals are treated with dignity and rights, whilst coast guard MATTHEW LYLE (40s) is growing more cynical at the numbers of bodies he's daily forced to drag out of the channel. Neither of them are prepared for the disaster of March 13th, 2026 when hundreds of bodies wash up on the shoreline, looking EXACTLY like the residents of Hastings. With no-one knowing where they've come from and authorities quick to put the town into lockdown, Hastings will once again turn into a battleground.
