Dust & Coal is an 8×52 min psychological thriller about an Israeli Mossad assassin whose world collapses when her father reveals to her that she is a Syrian sleeper spy: she was planted in Israel as a child as part of a KGB program and her activation time has come. She becomes a double agent against her will, torn between her loyalty to her Syrian homeland and her need to protect at all costs the family she built in Israel – her daughter and husband, the deputy head of the Mossad. In order to save herself, she will need to break free from the men who insidiously ruled her life. Dust & Coal will explore the themes of identity, emancipation, belonging and loyalty.
