Both keynotes set for March 24th in Lille during Series Mania Forum
LILLE & PARIS, FRANCE – March 9, 2026
Having recently announced keynotes with Disney+ EMEA and SkyShowtime after Fremantle, Laurence Herszberg, founder and general director of Series Mania, today announced two additional keynotes confirmed for this year’s Series Mania Forum (March 24–26), the industry arm of the Series Mania Festival (March 20–27).
The first, set for Tuesday March 24th 15:00, is Nicole Morganti, Head of Originals Southern Europe, and Thomas Dubois, Head of French Originals, for Prime Video. The second, to be held on March 24th at 16:00, is Sarah Aubrey, Head of Original Programming for HBO Max.
The Prime Video keynote “International Stories, Global Communities” will highlight the company’s 2026 non-English language International Originals that are capturing young adult audiences and building passionate fandoms. Prime Video is at the forefront of this shift, with a slate of International Originals consistently building devoted fan bases beyond their country of origin and that young adults around the world are making their own. Morganti and Dubois will share insights, explore what it means to be a global hit in 2026 and share some exclusive sneak peaks of what’s coming soon in Europe.
The HBO Max keynote “Local Creators Are At The Heart” will explore how the streamer is partnering with talent across the region to develop bold, original series that captivate local audiences while unmistakably reflecting the creative excellence and storytelling legacy of HBO. From championing distinctive creative voices and culturally specific perspectives to giving storytellers the freedom to take risks, Aubrey will share how HBO Max’s international originals strategy is evolving – and what it means for the future of premium scripted storytelling on a global stage.

About Nicole Morganti
Nicole Morganti serves as Head of Originals, Southern Europe at Prime Video. Since 2023, Morganti has overseen Prime Video’s teams responsible for the creation of films, series and shows across Italy, France and Spain, supervising the Original content slate throughout Southern Europe. This includes unscripted titles such as LOL: Chi ride è fuori, Celebrity Hunted, Dinner Club, The Traitors Italia and Operación Triunfo; scripted series such as Citadel: Diana, Reina Roja and Costiera; as well as films including Love Me Love Me, Culpa Mía, Overdose and Medellín. Morganti joined Amazon in February 2019 as Head of Unscripted Originals for Italy, leading the development and production of non-fiction titles for Prime Video. She was subsequently promoted to Head of Originals for Italy in April 2020.With nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Morganti previously served as an Executive Producer at MTV Italy, where she worked on the production of live music events and shows such as TRL and Supersonic, and contributed to the creation and launch of MTV Spain and Portugal. She later joined Sky Italia, where she spent six years working on the launch of entertainment channels and premium content as a Commissioning Editor and previously held a post with Discovery Inc. as VP Talent and Production for Italy.
About Thomas Dubois
Thomas Dubois began his career in the television industry as an international television market analyst with the TF1 group. He then worked for several years in production for companies such as Endemol France, where he produced successful programs for French channels. Dubois returned to TF1 in 2014, where he joined the team as creative manager before being promoted to deputy director of content development, creating a new division responsible for finding the next hits for the group’s channels (TF1-TMC-TFX). In 2019, after 10 years in the media industry, Dubois joined Amazon Studios to head up unscripted programming before expanding his responsibilities less than a year later, becoming director of French original productions, with a mission to build a local team in France and find the best scripted series, films, and unscripted programs for Prime Video. In September 2024, he also took over as interim head of Amazon MGM Studios in Japan to help grow Japanese original productions. Since his arrival, he has launched successful films, scripted series, and unscripted shows. These include McWalter by Simon Astier, Culte by Louis Farge and Culte – 2be3 by Yaël Langmann, Libre by Mélanie Laurent, Medellin by Franck Gastambide, Sentinelle by Jonathan Cohen, and the successful franchise LOL: Qui rit sort!
About Sarah Aubrey
Sarah Aubrey is Head of Original Content at HBO Max. She was appointed to the position in January 2019. Working with the best storytellers from around the world, Aubrey is focused on broadening HBO Max’s au dience with a range of breakthrough programming. Her slate includes the Emmy-winning titles The Pitt (Best Drama Series) and Hacks (Best Comedy Series), Golden Globe and Emmy-decorated ThePenguin, and hits like And Just Like That…, Peacemaker, Dune: Prophecy, and IT: Welcome To Derry. She is also overseeing the highly anticipated Harry Potter series, which is currently in production in the UK. Previously, she developed the critically acclaimed Max Originals Love & Death, Station Eleven, The Flight Attendant, Scavengers Reign, and The Staircase along with comedies like The Sex Lives Of College Girls, Our Flag Means Death, Starstruck, and more. In August 2022, Aubrey’s role expanded to include a global content purview, a creative position on a dedicatedn team working to define and implement an international programming strategy. Prior to HBO Max, Aubrey was Executive Vice President of Original Programming for TNT joining the network in 2015 previously serving as a television and film producer.
