Access to screening rooms is always granted in the following order:
People with disabilities, accreditation holders, and Series Mania PASS holders
Audience members with tickets
Audience members without tickets
Reserving a ticket allows you to enter the screening room before festivalgoers without tickets, and therefore enjoy the best seats in the house😊
To reserve your tickets, you can:
create an account (which will allow you to find all your tickets in your account and cancel them in one click)

You can reserve a maximum of two seats per screening
If you are unable to attend, you can give your seat to someone else. Tickets are not nominative. However, reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Don’t have anyone to give your tickets to? Please cancel your seats here so that someone else can enjoy them😊
Check our ticket office regularly! We release seats every day, and reservations canceled by festival-goers are immediately put back into circulation 😊
It is not necessary to print your tickets. We encourage you to be eco-friendly and display them on your smartphone

Ticket office openings: patience and good humor
Series Mania is free, and it shows! Every year, when ticket sales open, our servers become a meeting place for thousands of series fans: in 2025, our servers recorded more than 22,000 simultaneous connections

When it’s your turn to select your screenings and fill your basket, you will have 5 minutes to enter the ticket office and then 15 minutes to finalize your order
ticket offices at the bus and festival village by Crédit Mutuel
During the festival, you can reserve your tickets at the MANIA SERIES BUS (which will be parked at Place de la Bourse, opposite the Opera House) and at the Village Festival by Crédit Mutuel information point (at Le Tripostal, next to Lille Flandres train station).
These ticket offices are identical to the online ticket office: if a screening is sold out online, it will also be unavailable at our ticket offices.
The SERIES MANIA BUS will be open from March 15 to 27, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Village Festival by Crédit Mutuel information point will be open on Thursday, March 19, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from Friday, March 20 to Friday, March 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
ACCESS to screenings without a ticket
If the screening you wish to attend is no longer available at the box office, you can try your luck on site, on the day of the screening, 30 minutes before it starts. As the festival is free, many festival-goers reserve a ticket but do not attend the screenings, and many seats become available at the last minute. To take advantage of this, please go to the theater reception desk 30 minutes before the screening. You will enter the theater after accreditation and ticket holders, subject to availability: first come, first served!
No show and cancellation
Every year, we find that a significant number of festival-goers reserve seats but do not attend the screenings without canceling their reservations. This is what we call a “dropout rate.” Since 2018, we have found that these dropout rates range from 20% for the most anticipated screenings to as high as 70% for certain screenings. This means that sometimes 7 out of 10 people who have a ticket do not attend the screening without canceling in advance😒🤔🙄.
To compensate for this, we issue more tickets than the exact number of seats available. This system optimizes attendance and allows more festivalgoers to enjoy the screenings. To determine the number of tickets offered, we take into account many factors, such as an analysis of drop-off rates over the last eight years, the popularity of the screening, the day and time of the screening, etc. That said, we are aware that this method carries risks. When we underestimate the overbooking for a screening, seats may be available for those who do not have tickets. Conversely, if the overbooking is overestimated, viewers who have reserved a ticket may unfortunately not be able to enter the theater, which is obviously an unpleasant situation for those who have made the effort to reserve.
We understand how frustrating this can be. We do our best to adjust our forecasts to limit these inconveniences, but as organizers, we know that this is the only solution that guarantees that all seats will be filled while allowing as many viewers as possible to enjoy the screenings.
We thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. The success of our festival depends on the commitment of each and every one of you, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that each screening is an enjoyable experience for everyone.
If you are unable to attend your screening, it is therefore important to cancel your reservation. By doing so, you will enable other viewers to reserve tickets, prevent reservations from going to waste, and help ensure that Series Mania remains an accessible and free event😊.
