HOW TO BOOK MY TICKETS ?
All our screenings are free 😊
Booking is not compulsory but gives you priority over spectators without tickets
You will be able to book all your tickets on our booking area from the following dates:
- Tickets for regional screenings will be available from Wednesday, February 21 at 12:30 pm.
- Tickets for the Lille screenings and Comedy Night will be available on our booking page from Tuesday, March 5 at 12:30 p.m.
- Tickets for the ceremonies will be available on our booking page from Friday, March 8 at 12:30 p.m.
- SERIES MANIA PASSES will be available in our booking area from Wednesday, February 14 at 12:30 p.m.
Being early is the surest way of gaining access to the screening: please note that having a SERIES MANIA PASS, an ACCREDITATION or a ticket gives you priority over spectators without tickets but cannot guarantee you a place in a screening, as access to the screening is subject to availability.
It will also be possible to reserve tickets not distributed online at the Village Festival by Crédit Mutuel on Wednesday, March 13 from 2pm to 7pm, Thursday, March 14 from 2pm to 7pm, March 15 from 2pm to 7pm and from Saturday, March 16 from 10am to 8pm.
NUMBER OF RESERVABLE SEATS
For screenings in Lille and the surrounding area, it is possible to reserve up to 4 seats per screening.
For the opening and closing ceremonies, it is possible to reserve 2 seats per order.
LAST MINUTE ACCESS AND CANCELLATION
- If you can’t find the screening you want to go to, it’s because the quota of available tickets has been reached and it can no longer be booked. In this case, don’t panic, all our screenings are available at the last minute. Please go to the reception desk 30 minutes before the screening: first come, first served! You will enter the cinema after SERIES MANIA PASS holders, guests, accredited persons and ticket holders, subject to availability.
- Can’t make it? Please cancel your tickets to give them to someone else 🙂
- Stay tuned: bookings cancelled by festival-goers are directly reinjected into our booking area.
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SCREENINGS
You will find the programme classified by type of competition here.
On our booking area: use the filters and sort your screenings by day, competition, genre, level of accessibility, etc.
All information on screenings (series summary, accessibility, recommended age, cast, genre, competition, duration, etc.) is also available at the time of booking.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY E-TICKETS, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
When you make your reservation, you have 30 minutes to finalize it. After this time, your order may not be completed. In this case, we invite you to repeat your reservation.
We also invite you to check the “junk mail” or “spam” folder of your mailbox to see if your ticket is there.

SHOULD I PRINT MY TICKETS ?
Tickets do not need to be printed. We encourage you to be eco-responsible and download them onto your smartphone.
