HOW TO BOOK MY TICKETS ?

All our screenings are free 😊
Booking is not compulsory but gives you priority over spectators without tickets.

Tickets can be booked here. Two options for your orders : create an account and manager your tickets via your dashboard, without an account with the « quick purchase » mode.

ONLINE BOOKING

You can book all your TICKETS on our ticketing platform from the following dates:

  • Monday, March 10, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM: Reservations open for screening sessions, masterclasses, and conferences.
  • Friday, March 14, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM: Early access reservations open for both ceremonies and the closing screening (HPI, Season 5, Episode 1).
  • Thursday, March 20, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM: Reservations open for the opening ceremony.
  • Thursday, March 27, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM: Reservations open for the closing ceremony and the closing screening (HPI, Season 5, Episode 1).

On reservation days :

  • Between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM: Connect to this page to enter our virtual waiting room (there is no need to refresh the page, just stay connected).
  • At 12:30 PM: A random draw will determine your place in the virtual queue (whether you connect at 9:31 AM or 12:29 PM, everyone has the same chance of securing a good spot).
  • From 12:30 PM onwards: The first users in the queue will access the ticketing platform, in the order established by the draw.
  • After 12:30 PM: Any new connections will be placed at the end of the queue.

Make sure to note these dates and times in your calendar! Tickets are limited, and some sessions may sell out within minutes of the reservation opening.

Being early is the best way to secure access to the screening: please note that having a SERIES MANIA PASS, ACCREDITATION, INVITATION, or TICKET gives you priority over spectators without tickets but does not guarantee a seat for a session, as access is granted within the limit of available seats.

why do i have to wait in a queue for the online ticket office ?

In an effort to handle a large number of simultaneous connections, the Series Mania online ticket office organizes the visitors in a queue to prevent any speed reduction of the website.

HOW DOES THE QUEUE WORKS ?

When the ticketing platform opens :

  • From 9 AM to 12:30 PM : the ticketing platform will not be accessible. People attempting to connect will be placed in a « waiting room » (blank space).
  • At 12 :30 PM : Everyone present in the waiting room will be shuffled, and a random draw will organize all users connected since 9 AM into a virtual queue.
  • After 12:30 PM : Users placed in the queue will access to the ticketing platform in the order determined by the random draw.

BOOKING VIA THE BUS AND THE VILLAGE FESTIVAL BY CREDIT MUTUEL

Booking for the remaining tickets will also be possible in the BUS SERIES MANIA, which will be parked on Place du Théâtre starting Sunday, March 16th at 12 PM.

The BUS SERIES MANIA will be open from March 16th to 18th, from 12 PM to 7 PM.

The information desk at the Village Festival by Crédit Mutuel will be open on Thursday, March 20th, from 2 PM to 7 PM, on Friday, March 21st, from 2 PM to 7 PM, and starting Saturday, March 22nd, from 10 AM to 8 PM.

HOW MANY SEATS CAN I BOOK ?

For screenings in Lille and the surrounding area, it is possible to reserve up to 4 seats per screening.
For the opening and closing ceremonies, it is possible to reserve 2 seats per order.

LAST MINUTE ACCESS AND CANCELLATION

If you can’t find the screening you’d like to attend, it means the screening is fully booked, and is no longer available. Don’t worry—last-minute access is available for all our screenings. Please go to the venue’s reception desk 30 minutes before the screening: first come, first served! You will enter the venue after SERIES MANIA PASS holders, guests, accredited professionnals, and ticket holders, subject to seat availability.

Can’t make it? Please cancel your tickets to here allow someone else to enjoy the screening 😊

Be aware that tickets canceled by festivalgoers are immediately re-released on our ticketing platform.

If you are unable to attend, you can give your ticket to someone else. Tickets are not nominative. However, reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SCREENINGS ?

You will find the programme organized by type of competition here (when released on March 4th).On our ticketing platform (opens on March 10th) : use the filters and sort the screenings by day, competition, genre, level of accessibility, etc.All information on screenings (series synopsis, accessibility, recommended age, cast, genre, competition, duration, etc.) is also available when booking

HOW MANY SEATS CAN I BOOK ?

  • For Lille and Hauts-de-France screenings, you can book up to 4 seats per screening.
  • For the Opening and Closing ceremonies, you can book up to 2 seats per order.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY E-TICKETS, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

When making your booking, you have 30 minutes to finalize the order placed in your basket. Once the 30’ are done, your order may not be completed anymore. In this case, we invite you to start over.
