Synnøve Hørsdal is an acclaimed and highly respected Norwegian film producer and the CEO and co-owner of Maipo Film. Under her leadership, Maipo Film has become one of Norway’s foremost production companies, consistently delivering high-quality films and series that entertain, inspire and challenge audiences. With over 55 productions to her credit, she has produced the Sundance Award-winning Happy, Happy (2010), Miss Julie (2014) and No Comment (2025). Her television credits include the series State of Happiness (2018-25) and most recently A Better Man (2025). She has previously attended Series Mania with The Fortress (2023) and Dates in Real Life (2024).
