Maria Stevnbak Westergren

Her career in the film business started in 2001 working as a backpacker at a bar in Darwin where a jug of free beer started a journey at sea from Australia to Indonesia, meeting pirates on an international documentary project. Since then, documentary filmmaking has flourished into producing primarily TV-series (7 so far) at the award-winning Copenhagen based company Toolbox Film.
