Kamila ZLATUŠKOVÁ

Kamila Zlatušková is a Czech producer and creator working across television, education, and public cultural discourse. She is the founder and CEO of the Serial Killer International TV Series Festival and the founder and CEO of the Television Institute, a practice-based platform focused on contemporary TV creation and talent development. She previously worked as a creative producer at Czech Television and served as Vice-Dean at FAMU (a renowned Prague-based film and TV school).
She has been included among the Most Influential Women in Czechia by Forbes since 2021 and was named to the CEE100 by Content London/Content21 in 2025.
