Hojin KWON

Hojin Kwon is a Senior Executive Director at SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) Medianet, the leading TV broadcaster in Korea, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He started his career in 1992 as a sales manager for SBS Productions, introducing K-dramas to the world. He paved the way for the co-production of dramas and animation series with international partners. He is an executive producer and commissioner for SBS Media Group and a renowned business expert on “Hallyu, K-Culture”. (Hallyu refers to the promotion of Korean culture on an international scale). He served as the head of content acquisition for SBS, networking with Hollywood studios and production companies around the world. He is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
