Cédric Klapish is a French director, screenwriter and producer. After a French literature foundation course in Paris, he went to a film school in New York (NYU). He then directed several short films, such as In transit and Ce qui me meut. In 1991, he shot his first feature film, Riens du tout. Since then, he has directed several documentaries and 14 feature films such as L’Auberge Espagnole (Pot Luck) or En Corps (Rise), which is nominated for the 2023 César Awards. He contributed to the TV series Dix pour cent (Call my Agent!) as artistic director on season 1 and director (episodes 1 and 3), and is currently finishing Salade grecque (Greek Salad), a sequel to L’Auberge espagnole , to be released in the first semester of 2023. He also cofounded LaCinetek with Pascale Ferran, Laurent Cantet and Alain Rocca.
