Anne Berest

Anne Berest is a writer and scriptwriter. As an author of series, she is the creator, with Fabrice Gobert, of the series Mytho which received numerous awards. In the International Competition section, the series won the Audience Award and the Best Actress Award at the Series Mania festival. And the award for best non-English language comedy series at the Banff International Media Festival in Canada in 2020. As a novelist, she wrote La Carte postale, published by Grasset in September 2021, which is currently translated in more than 20 countries. This book received the Prix Renaudot of the high school students in 2021. This is her sixth novel, after Gabriële, co-written with her sister Claire. She is also the author of two plays.
