Álvaro CARMONA

Álvaro Carmona is an Emmy-nominated Sevillian director and screenwriter based in Barcelona. After entering the show business as a comedian and television scriptwriter, he began writing and directing short films (Clara, Ruleta and El tratamiento), and later fiction series such as People Talking (Gente hablando) and Show Yourself (Déjate ver). People Talking won the award for best Short Form series at Series Mania 2019 and Show Yourself is part of the International Panorama competition for this year’s edition of the festival.
