One of the most important filmmaker of the 20th and 21st centuries, Costa-Gavras has captured the evolution of our society throughout his filmography. In this documentary series, written by political journalist Edwy Plenel and filmmaker Yannick Kergoat, the director revisits five of his films that marked their time and influenced our present, demonstrating the profound political and social impact of his work. Episodes 1 and 3, dedicated to Z and The Confession, will be screened at Séries Mania, in the presence of Costa-Gavras and Edwy Plenel, for a special session.
