For its third and final season, The Art of Television focuses on the place of women in the world of series and explores the daily lives of female directors. Through six exclusive portraits, we discover the careers of Michelle MacLaren (Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones), Susanne Bier (The Night Manager, The Undoing), Helen Hunt (Mad about you, Feud), Jennifer Morrison (Euphoria, Dr. Death) and Marti Noxon (Buffy, Dietland). They share their challenges, work methods, fears and successes, with the participation of their closest collaborators including Michael Chiklis, Joy Nash, Paul Reiser, James Marsters, Patrick MacManus and Lily Rabe.
The screening of the first episode, dedicated to Marti Noxon who was the President of the Series Mania Jury in 2019, will be followed by a conversation with Charlotte Blum, moderated by journalist Renan Cros.
