Our take
As the Bus Palladium electrified Parisian nights and Woodstock crowned the new Anglo-Saxon music scene, Brazil was slowly finding its own liberation to the sound of Raul Seixas. A kaleidoscopic exploration of a fiercely independent musician, this series shifts between flamboyant drama, oblivion, and the fading illusions of the hippie era, painting a vivid portrait of 1970s Brazil. Directed by Paulo Morelli (City of Men) and his son Pedro Morelli, the series marks Brazil’s rocking debut in the official selection at Series Mania.
