A new season, new amendments, new compromises and, above all, new offices! After overcoming and mastering the institutions of the European Parliament, Samy finds himself back at square one, lost in the blind alleys and never-ending meetings of the European Council. Noé Debré continues to fascinate us with the absurdity of the European institutions, offering us more cringe-worthy moments, underhand tactics and betrayals.
