Patricia Arquette made her film debut in the 90s, starring in cult classics including Tony Scott’s True Romance, Tim Burton’s Ed Wood, David Lynch’s Lost Highway and Martin Scorsese’s Bringing Out the Dead, before winning an Academy Award in 2014 for Richard Linklater’s Boyhood. Her breakthrough on the small screen came in 2005, when she played the role of Allison Dubois in the series Medium, for which she directed several episodes in season 5. She went on to star in CSI: Cyber, in prestige series such as Boardwalk Empire and The Act, and more recently as a ruthless boss in the hit series Severance.
