Salade Grecque

Tom, 26, and his sister Mia, 22, are the children of Xavier and Wendy (from the The Spanish Apartment trilogy). Following the death of their grandfather, they inherit a building in Athens. Tom, a young startupper educated in New York, joins his sister in Greece to manage the family inheritance. Once there, he notices that Mia, who claims to be an Erasmus student, is now an activist who is hiding her new life from her family. Divergent opinions and opposite lifestyles make sharing the inheritance very difficult! Just like their parents 25 years before them, Mia and Tom find themselves caught in a whirlwind of collective and cosmopolitan living which in the end helps to bring them closer to each other…

The serial sequel to the popular movie trilogy Pot Luck (The Spanish Apartment) takes us to Athens, a city divided by the economic and migrant crises. Socially engaged and truly international, Greek Salad artfully combines the efficacy of Cédric Klapisch’s comedies and the issues young people are facing today.
