Ousmane, a young graduate who lived his whole life in the suburbs, just got a new job in a big construction company. His mission is to convince families living in housing estates to leave and relocate to give way to a modern and new building project. He quickly realizes that his emotions and sensitivity will get in the way to do his job properly.
