A month after his wife’s death, Max is assigned to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a teenage girl. His daughter, Wendie, is trying to get on with her high-school life, but a series of strange events will lead her and her friends to try to shed some light on what’s going on.

A rural crime thriller like no other, Annwyn – The Otherworld blends coming-of-age drama, local folklore, and the supernatural with a Stranger Things influence. But at its heart, it is a poignant story of a father and daughter, brought to life by Guillaume Labbé and Capucine Malarre, and captured with virtuosity by director David Hourrègue (Germinal, Skam France).
