In order to welcome all types of audiences and to present the best series to the largest possible number, Series Mania ups its inclusivity efforts towards people with disabilities (motor, visual, hearing and mental). Here are all the actions undertaken to allow you to prepare at best your journey to the festival and to enjoy carefree these 8 full days of programs.
Framework
To facilitate reception of the disabled festival-goers, the following framework has been set up:
- A custom ticket office: to book a place fitting for wheelchairs in theater rooms, please contact directly the address billetterie@seriesmania.com (your request will be treated as a priority)
- Priority access to all the locations of the festival
- A welcome team with disability awareness
- Adapted toilets on the entirety of the site

– Network Ilévia: public transport division of the City of Lille
Also check the Handipole service, a department of Ilévia dedicated to people having the mobility inclusion card or a disability card of at least 80 % and who are unable to use the standard network for mobility or comprehension reasons. A shuttle can be dispatched for you from your home to the destination of your choice:

The city center of Lille offers many parking spots reserved to people with reduced mobility. People with an EU parking card for people with disabilities or a mobility inclusion card with the mention “parking for disabled” can park for free.
