The story of DAY & NIGHT all takes place within the walls of a modern city hospital. Each season, we follow a team of skilled medical professionals from a different department of the same hospital. From maternity, pediatrics, acute psychology to the emergency ward. Together, they perform under immense pressure, being understaffed and underfunded, yet putting their heart and soul into helping people. Both the healthcare providers and their patients represent all walks of life and amidst their many triumphs and struggles, laughter and tears occur in equal measure.
