CALL FOR PROJECTS NOW OPEN

The Co-Pro Pitching Sessions present a selection of series projects in development to an audience of key industry decision-makers. 16 projects, selected from over 300 submissions, are pitched by their producers to a panel of potential financiers: broadcasters, distributors, producers, public and private funds. 

The Pitching Sessions are followed by one-on-one meetings between the project representatives and their potential financing partners.
The winning project selected by a professionnal jury is awarded a 50 000 euros prize.

A few numbers from the 2018 edition:

  • 374 projects were received;
  • 40 different countries;
  • 16 selected projects;
  • 253 one-on-one meetings during the Forum.

The 2019 Call for projects is open to submissions from October 16, 2018 to January 9, 2019.

THE 2018 JURY

 

For the second year, a professonial jury awards a prize of 50 000 € to the producer of the best project, to finance its development.

 

CHRISTOPHE RIANDEE
JURY PRESIDENT

Vice CEO Gaumont, France

Christophe Riandee is a French producer to whom we owe in particular Narcos, Hannibal and Hemlock Grove. He is the Deputy General Director of Gaumont. Under his leadership, the Television Department appeared in 2010 and has already produced several US series for the international market. Gaumont is one of the most important independent TV studios in the United States and France, and has expanded into the United Kingdom and Germany.

PIV BERNTH

CEO, Apple Tree Productions, Denmark

Piv Bernth is behind some of the biggest Danish TV series in the last 15 years. She worked as a producer at DR and produced many Emmy Award-winning series.

DAMIEN COUVREUR

Creative Executive, International Originals, Netflix, The Netherlands

After more than 10 years of experience as a producer for television and cinema in France, Damien Couvreur joined Netflix in 2017 to focus on the development of Netflix Original Programs in Europe.

NACHO MANUBENS

Director of Content, Atresmedia Studios, Spain

Senior Vice President Drama since 2011 of Atresmedia Televisión (Casa De Papel, Velvet, Gran Hotel), he was recently appointed Director of Content at Atresmedia Studios.

ANNE MENSAH

Head of Drama, Sky, GB

Anne Mensah led the rise of Sky's original creations, including critically acclaimed series such as The Enfield Haunting, or Guerrilla, written and directed by Oscar-winning John Ridley.
