Hsiao-Ching TING

TING Hsiao-Ching served as a television documentary filmmaker and worked for Taiwan Public Television Service (PTS) as news department producer. She has acquired an acute sensibility for visual image and profound insight into various social issues. During the eight years serving at PTS, TING oversaw the production of several famous Taiwan dramas. She facilitated the innovation of television programs and has been recognized by international awards. While serving as political Deputy Minister of Culture, TING launched multiple initiatives for content industries and pushed for major bills regarding cultural affairs. In May 2019, TING was inaugurated as board chair of TAICCA.
