Caroline HOUBEN

Caroline Houben is a producer and partner at Climax Films, an independent production company known for the award-winning and Golden Globe-nominated feature film The Brand New Testament by Jaco Van Dormael and many ambitious European co-productions. In 2021, she co-founded Paragon, a Paris-based subsidiary company of which she’s the general manager. Paragon is currently developing content for French broadcasters and for the international market. Caroline Houben joined Climax Films as a finance manager in 2013. She previously worked as a researcher at the Observatory for Cultural Policies of the Belgian Ministry of Culture after graduating in Economics and Finance (Solvay Business School) and in Cinematographic writing and analysis (ULB).
